Return Process

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the shoebox is protected by an outer mailing bag or box to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Generate Shipping Label
Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to receive a printable shipping label or a digital QR code for paperless drop-off.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
